The Baltimore Orioles and the Chicago White Sox meet in MLB action from Guaranteed Rate Field on Saturday.

The Baltimore Orioles will look to build on another win over Chicago, this time by a final count of 4-1. Trey Mancini has 69 hits and a .285 batting average while Anthony Santander has a team-high 13 home runs and 36 RBIs. Austin Hays also has team-highs of 73 hits with 18 doubles, 41 RBIs and a .286 batting average as well on the year. Cedric Mullins also has 70 hits with 16 doubles, 6 homers and 27 RBIs as well this season. Ryan Mountcastle also has 12 home runs and 37 RBIs as well this season. Spenser Watkins will start here and is 0-1 with a 6.00 ERA and 14 strikeouts this season.

The Chicago White Sox will try to bounce back from another defeat at the hands of the Orioles. Jose Abreu leads the White Sox with 9 home runs, along with 32 RBIs, 67 hits and 15 doubles while Luis Robert has a .295 batting average with 67 hits and a team-high 36 RBIs and Andrew Vaughn has 31 RBIs, a .325 batting average and 12 doubles this season. A.J. Pollock’s also added 23 RBIs and 12 doubles on the year for Chicago. Lance Lynn will start here and is 1-0 with a 5.79 ERA and 9 strikeouts this season.

Baltimore is 28-72 in their last 100 road games and 32-65 in their last 97 games against the AL Central while the under is 7-3-1 in their last 11 Saturday games. Chicago is 1-4 in their last 5 game three matchups and 4-10 in their last 14 home games against a team with a losing record while the over is 9-2 in their last 11 games against the AL East.

I get the case to be made for either side here, but I feel better looking at the over in this one. I think this one’s just shaping up to be a high-scoring affair, as Lance Lynn’s had trouble keeping runners off of the bases and Spenser Watkins is going to have some issues. Both teams are hitting fairly well over the last couple of weeks and I think we get an over in this one.
