There is no need to wait for the weekend to get your fill of MMA action, as we have a midweek event ready to roll that should be a great one. Invicta FC 47 has 7 fights on the main card, which includes a title fight as the headliner. What sets this one apart from the pack is that we have a main card filled with bouts between female fighters, so this really is a unique event in many ways. Let’s now take a moment to break down each bout on the main card, including predictions so you can bet against the Invicta Odds.

MMA Betting Preview for Invicta FC 47: Ducote vs Zappitella

Jennifer Chieng Vs Alyssa Linduska

The opening fight on the main card is a Strawweight bout that is tough to predict given that both fighters are early in their pro careers. Cheng started out with a win in Bellator before making the move to Invicta, where she lost her first fight. Linduska went 7-1 as an amateur, but this will be her first foray into the world of the pros. I think we are looking at a winning start for Linduska.

Fatima Kline Vs Sidney Trillo

We have another Strawweight bout up next, and while both fighters are early in their careers, both are unbeaten. Kline had a submission win in her first appearance as a pro, with that one coming under the Invicta banner. Trillo previously fought with the LFA and managed to win both of her bouts there. An evenly mayched bout here, but I like Kline to edge it.

Serena DeJesus Vs Brittney Cloudy

We move on to a Bantamweight bout next and a pair of fighters who are a little more experienced. After starting out life as a pro at 2-1, DeJesus seems to have put things together and is the winner of 3 in a row. Cloudy is 4-3 overall, but in her two previous fights with Invicta, she came out on the losing side of things. I like DeJesus to take this one by decision.

Janaisa Morandin Vs Liana Pirosin

Next up is a Flyweight bout and a pair of fighters in desperate need of a win to get back on track. Morandin is a respectable 10-4 as a pro, but those 4 losses have come in her last 5 fights, including 3 in a row. It has been much the same story for Pirosin, who is 7-4 and loser of 3 of her last 4 fights. A bit of desperation here, but I like Morandin for the decision win.

Lindsey VanZandt Vs Jillian DeCoursey

The Atomweight are next to step into the octagon, and once again, it’s a pair of fighters looking to snap out of a slump. VanZandy has really struggled of late, losing 3 in a row and 4 of her last 5 to fall to 7-5 overall. DeCoursey recently put together a modest 2-fight win streak, but she is coming off a loss last time out. Slight edge to VanZandt here.

Courtney King Vs Chelsea Chandler

The co-main event of the night is what looks to be a very interesting Featherweight bout.  Kings comes into this one with a 4-2 record and is coming off a loss that snapped a 3-fight win streak. Chandler lost the first fight of here pro career, but she has bounced back nicely to win 3 in a row. I like Chandler to continue rolling with the submission win.

Emily Ducote Vs Alesha Zappitella

We close the night out with a Strawweight title fight that sees Ducote trying to hang on to her belt. She comes into this one with a 10-6 record and a solid run of recent form that has seen her win 4 of her last 5. Zappitella comes into this bout on the heels of a loss, snapping a 4-fight win streak and falling to 9-3 in the process. A tough fight, but one that Ducote wins by decision.
