I get the allure of a home dog in certain spots, but the Devils proved once again on Saturday why they can’t be trusted as this Devils team just keeps finding new ways to lose hockey games, coughing up a 6-2 lead in the 3rd period. New York’s playoff hopes are slim, but they’re still alive and the Rangers found out how frustrating this Islanders team can be when they’re at their best.
