Nick Saban shares thoughts on impact of coronavirus on college football

President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he wants to get sports back as soon as possible in the United States and will be sitting down with some of the biggest names in the industry to make that happen. While Nick Saban is not expected to be a part of the task force, the Alabama coach has some thoughts on how the college football offseason might look amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Saban said on ESPN’s “First Take” Tuesday that he would never want to put his players or any other student athletes in danger by resuming football activities. However, the six-time national champion thinks there are ways teams can practice and meet without endangering players.
