Basketball fans can always count on Enes Kanter to speak up on injustices that happen on and off the court. The opinionated Boston Celtics big man was quick to jump on the legal issues top prospect James Wiseman is facing.

As expected, he fired off against the NCAA for ruining the young cager’s dream.

The Celtics center took to his Twitter account to voice his displeasure at the entire affair. Kanter even went the extra mile, comparing the league to the government of his motherland, Turkey.

To see Enes Kanter compare the NCAA to the Turkish regime is quite a big insult. Kanter’s life is at danger from the Turkish government and relinquished the chance to play in London when he was a part of the New York Knicks due to that very threat.
