Officials aren't specifying why Florida State punter Logan Tyler is indefinitely suspended from the football program, but the move follows an August DUI crash under investigation by the Tallahassee Police Department.
FSU coach Willie Taggart confirmed during his weekly news conference Monday that Tyler remained suspended. FSU classified it as "a violation of team rules."
After a public records request from the Tallahassee Democrat for all reports involving Tyler, TPD provided an incident report connecting Tyler to an Aug. 22 DUI case.
The names and locations on the incident report were redacted. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
