Florida State has picked up a commitment from four-star Deerfield Beach (Fla.) running back Jaylan Knighton.

Knighton committed to the Seminoles during his multi-day visit to FSU for Saturday Night Live.

"My heart told me to come here and that's what I'm sticking with," Knighton said following his visit.

He chose the Seminoles over Ohio State out of his final two schools. He has more than 30 offers including Alabama, Florida, Clemson, Miami, Oklahoma, Auburn, and Georgia.

The Buckeyes came close to landing him when he took an official visit to Columbus on June 21 before the start of the July dead period.
