Adam Schefter reports that free agent DE Ziggy Ansah is in Seattle on Monday and visiting with the Seahawks.
The Seahawks could clearly use another pass rusher after trading Frank Clark to the Chiefs last week and Ansah is one of the best available players at the position.
Ian Rapoport previously reported that he is facing questions about his surgically-repaired shoulder and could wait until mid-April to sign with a team.
Ansah’s agent mentioned that the former Detroit Lion will have his four-month appointment in mid-April to check on the shoulder. Teams are in no rush to sign Ansah before then after the initial wave of free agency has passed, per Rapoport.
