Larry Fitzgerald is typically complementary, and rarely critical, of anyone in public. ( This includes often-criticized Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver. )
But speaking at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference on Saturday, Fitzgerald did have some constructive criticism for fellow wide receiver and perennial Pro Bowler Antonio Brown.
Brown, who has spent his entire NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, was benched for the Steelers' final regular-season game of 2018 after reportedly getting into an argument with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and skipping practices. He has publicly criticized Roethlisberger and has demanded a trade from the team.
