The Cleveland Cavaliers will certainly entertain trade offers for All-Star big man Kevin Love in the new year.
Once Love returns from injury, February’s trade deadline will be approaching. That’s going to set into motion the possibility of the five-time All-Star being moved.
If so, the Denver Nuggets are said to have interest in the 30-year-old forward.
“Denver has maintained a longstanding fondness for Love, which makes you wonder if the Nuggets will be tempted to make a win-now play for the All-Star forward amid their wholly unexpected rise to the top of the West,” Marc Stein of The New York Times reported on Tuesday.
Love has played just four games this season with a toe injury. But when on the court, he’s among the most-skilled big men in the game.
