Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that forward Phil Di Giuseppe has been claimed on waivers by the Nashville Predators.

Di Giuseppe, 25, recorded four points (1g, 3a) in 21 games this season with the Hurricanes.
