Mets catcher Travis D’Arnaud avoided arbitration signing a new one-year deal with the Mets worth $3.515M, the Daily News has confirmed.
The $3.515M is slight pay increase from the $3.475 million D’Arnaud made last season.
D’Arnaud, of course, will be playing a backup role after the Mets signed free-agent catcher Wilson Ramos to a two-year deal with an option for a third worth a maximum of $26 million last week.
